It was a good match for a quick break in Queenstown with the best value. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a great surprise, as it included a washing machine and dryer. Make sure to check if they have a view room available.

During our stay, we enjoyed a clean and comfortable room with a nice view, and found the staff very helpful, addressing our needs promptly. However, navigating the hotel was somewhat challenging due to its maze-like design, and the distant parking situation could be improved for better convenience.

Fantastic View and Great Amenities
I recently stayed for two nights in a Superior Room and was amazed by the stunning lake views from my balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering excellent amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish bathroom. The friendly staff made checking in and out a breeze. However, the parking situation could be improved as it was often quite crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay in the One-Bedroom Apartment with a stunning lake view, which made my mornings feel magical. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just be prepared for a bit of hassle finding the entrance due to some road work nearby. totally manageable though! 😊

i recently stayed for a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the one-bedroom suite with a lake view. the stunning views truly exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in queenstown. everything was well-appointed and felt like a cozy home away from home.

If you're after culinary adventures, you can't miss The Hillside Brasserie nearby—superb! The breakfast pastries hit the spot too. Also, the staff gave top-notch service, all with a smile! What a boost to the vibe! 🌟
However, we faced a bit of a parking pickle upon arrival—definitely a downside. Plus, our shower was a bit moody with its temperature fluctuations, keeping us on our toes.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from tour groups and street traffic.

Clean and comfortable accommodations.
Our stay was tainted by a rude manager who mishandled our parking situation. The shower was also broken, leading to slippery floors. Overall, the condition of the facilities was disappointing for the price we paid.
